Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of AIgentSpot, an AI agent-first workspace that runs structured startup workflows in chat and also supports a generic conversation mode (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

2. AI Outputs; No Professional Advice

The Service may generate content using artificial intelligence (“AI Outputs”). AI Outputs are automatically generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, harmful, or otherwise unreliable. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI Outputs before relying on them. AI Outputs do not constitute professional advice (including but not limited to legal, financial, medical, or other professional services). You use the Service and AI Outputs entirely at your own risk.

2a. Minimal Security; Do Not Submit Sensitive Data

The Service is an early-stage product and may not include advanced or enterprise-grade security measures. We provide no guarantees regarding confidentiality, integrity, or availability of data. You must not submit sensitive or regulated data (for example: government IDs, payment card data, precise health information, trade secrets, or other confidential information). If you choose to submit such data, you do so entirely at your own risk and responsibility.

2b. No Confidentiality; No Retention Guarantee

Treat anything you submit to the Service as non-confidential. We do not guarantee that Your Content or other data will remain available or stored for any period of time. We may delete accounts, conversations, and other content at any time (including without notice). You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

3. Your Content and License to Us

You may submit input, data, prompts, messages, or other content (“Your Content”). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit Your Content and that Your Content does not violate any law or third-party rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, process, display, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to provide and operate the Service, comply with law, enforce these Terms, and protect the Service and its users. You retain ownership of Your Content.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Do not submit, generate, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, abusive, harassing, deceptive, discriminatory, or invasive of privacy.
  • Do not attempt to use the Service for phishing, malware, or other harmful or deceptive activity.
  • Do not use the Service to encourage or facilitate self-harm, violence, or other dangerous behavior.
  • Do not create, share, or solicit sexual content involving minors, or any exploitative sexual content.
  • Do not doxx, surveil, or collect others’ personal data without a valid legal basis and lawful consent where required.
  • Do not attempt to bypass safety controls, access controls, authentication, or other security measures.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, extract datasets, or circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
  • Do not use the Service to automate abusive behavior (spam, harassment, or coordinated manipulation).
  • Do not use the Service to develop models or systems that compete with the Service unless expressly permitted in writing.
  • Do not share others’ personal data without their lawful consent and a valid legal basis.
  • Do not submit sensitive or regulated data into the Service.
  • Respect intellectual property rights; do not upload or generate content that infringes third-party rights.

4a. Reporting

To report abuse, safety issues, or rights concerns related to the Service, contact us at frozendreamsstudio@gmail.com. We may not be able to respond to every report.

4b. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict functionality, suspend, or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason (including safety, legal, or abuse concerns). We are not obligated to host, display, or maintain access to any content.

4c. Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, email frozendreamsstudio@gmail.com with: (a) a description of the work claimed to be infringed, (b) the location/description of the allegedly infringing content, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.

5. Third-Party Services and Models

The Service may rely on third-party AI providers or infrastructure. Your use of such components may be subject to additional third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not warrant their availability or performance.

6. Beta Features

We may offer features labeled as alpha, beta, or experimental. Such features are provided “as is,” may be modified or discontinued at any time, and may contain errors or inaccuracies.

7. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL AI OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR REPUTATION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR AI OUTPUTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIgentSpot and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Export Control and Sanctions

You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or entity subject to U.S. embargoes or sanctions, and that you are not a prohibited end user under applicable export control laws. You will not use the Service in violation of such laws.

11. Governing Law; Venue; Class Waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the competent courts in Szczecin, Poland. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND WE WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

12. Changes; Termination

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Changes are effective upon posting. If you continue to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access at any time for any reason.
