This Privacy Policy explains how AIgentSpot (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use our AI chat assistant Service. We are committed to privacy by design and collecting only what is necessary to operate the Service.

  • Account and authentication data (e.g., session identifiers, security tokens) to enable secure login and prevent abuse.
  • Usage data and technical logs (e.g., device, browser, IP, timestamps) to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Your Content (inputs/prompts/files) that you submit to the Service.
  • Limited analytics events with privacy-preserving measures when enabled. We do not sell personal information.

3. AI Providers and Transfers

We may process Your Content via third-party AI providers subject to data processing agreements. Transfers outside your region occur only where lawful safeguards are in place.

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Where feasible, we minimize, pseudonymize, or aggregate data.

5. Your Choices and Rights

  • You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability subject to verification and applicable law.
  • You may opt out of non-essential analytics and marketing where applicable.
  • You may restrict or object to certain processing where permitted by law.
  • You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.

6. Security

We implement reasonable safeguards appropriate to an early-stage product; however, we do not guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of data. You should not submit sensitive or regulated data (e.g., government IDs, payment card data, medical information). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices and access credentials.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
