Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AIgentSpot (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use our Service (an agent-first workspace that runs structured startup workflows in chat, with an option for generic conversation). This is an early-stage product: do not submit sensitive, regulated, or confidential information. We do not guarantee confidentiality, availability, or retention of any data.

  • Your Content (for example: chat messages, prompts, and other inputs you submit).
  • Website storage and analytics signals (for example: cookies and similar technologies) as described in our Cookie Policy.

2. Legal Bases (GDPR)

  • Contract performance: to provide the Service you request.
  • Legitimate interests: to secure, operate, and improve the Service, prevent fraud/abuse, and measure performance.
  • Consent: for non-essential cookies/analytics where required.

4. AI Providers and Transfers

We may process Your Content via third-party AI providers subject to data processing agreements. These providers may process data outside your country.

5. Retention

We may retain data only for as long as we decide it is necessary to operate the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may delete accounts, conversations, and other content at any time (including without notice). You are responsible for keeping your own backups of anything you want to preserve. We may retain limited security and operational logs where necessary (for example: to prevent abuse, troubleshoot, or comply with legal obligations).

6. Your Choices and Rights

  • You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability subject to verification and applicable law.
  • You may opt out of non-essential cookies/analytics where applicable (see Cookie Policy).

Treat all content you submit as non-confidential. You must not submit sensitive or regulated data (for example: government IDs, payment card data, precise health information). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices and access credentials.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
